How to train the memory power? 
                           These are the tips which help us to train your memory system.
1.     Over learning:
Always develop a habit of over learning. It means to read the books chapter yourself in home before the teachers are to teach you.  It gives the time of double learning, one by you and next by the teacher which develop confident in the chapters which increases your imagination power and logical unit.
2.     Auto suggestion:
It means to be a self- teacher and guide own by own self. It is one of the best methods to train our memory power and cultivate the positive ideas in ourselves. You should suggest and motivate yourself to study. You should think your prior job to study and do not let anyone to tell you to study.  
3.     Quick Mind Refresher:
Every parent, teachers tell their children to study and study but do not suggest how to study and how to refresh our self. It’s to refresh our mind drinking water as it is said to be a quick mind refresher. Those students who drink more water during study are always quick, sharp and healthy because it refreshers whole parts of the body hence make ready to capture things.

4.     Never try drugs, alcohol, and cigarette:
Never ever get addicted to drugs, alcohol or cigarette; it badly affects our immune memory power. It alters our mind and diverts from keen concentration. It do not have positive effects in our body  and mind but make  us unhealthy , it loses wealth and make  the victim of very dangerous diseases like cancer , HIV – AIDS , Hepatitis etc .
5.     Develop Positive thinking:
The human body is also concerned with some laws, like law of attraction. Whatever you think our mind directs to do so. Example, if you think yourself as weak, poor and bad then you will obviously become the same but if you think yourself as good, intelligent and  rich, you will be the same. So develop positive thoughts in yourself. Never think yourself weak. You should firmly believe that the competition is within you yourself, no one is superior and inferior to you, and you are what you are.

6.     Defeat the unwanted sleeping:
Person must sleep at least 6 hours a day for a good health.                If you feel sleepy although sleeping 6 hours means it’s your demerit and you need to defeat such sleepiness. So, that you can utilize that time in studying.  We need to defeat such sleepiness.
       These tips help you defeat the unwanted sleeping:                                                 
·         Change the direction of sleeping
·         Do not study by sleeping on bed
·         Drink adequate water while studying
·         Never use bed for studying, use table or mat
·         Take light food at night

7. Habit of revision at last:
Revision is called the mother of memory. Scientist has proved that the thing which we study once remain for 24 hours. So, we should revise the thing within 24 hours and next in a week and so on. Revision means to lock all the studied items at while going to bed. The habit of revision plays an important role in remembering the studied items.
